Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My car was recently taken to an auto mechanic to correct an issue, the next day i get a call saying the car is fine and i can come pick it up, i pay the mechanic, as i am driving home the same problem occurs. Am I able to get my money back, even though they got parts from other stores, should i at least get the money back from the labor, since they did not correct the issue

I would suggest you first take the car back to see if they can find out why it it still with the same problem.
