Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Car was towed and sold, without notifing me.

My car was towed from an apt. complex. About 2 weeks later the towing company had sold my car, without giving me a written notice. Is that legal and do I have some sort of recourse.

You failed to indicate why it was towed. The procedure described is not proper and you could sue for the value of the car.
