Case is pending in Idaho state court; a deponent has been properly subpoenaed in Florida for deposition; which rules of procedure govern the deposition, Idaho or Florida? (the deposition notice does not state which rules will govern)

Not sure why it matters, but the substantive and procedural law of the locale would likely apply to the deposition formalities. Idaho law would apply to the deposition.
