yes um my mom gave me a truck four chirsmas and im 18yrs old everthing in her name she wont let me go with my truck she say she will call the police cane she do that cane she get me aressted four taking MY truck she gave me four chirsmas

If the truck is in her name and not yours, then the truck is hers and she has only been allowing you to use it.
