civil lawsuit after conviction
Can I civially sue a member of my family for their property after him being convicted of a sex crime on me?

Yes. sure can.
Florida has some strange laws that make it hard to collect some times, but you can certainly sue. after his conviction, in a civil suit the conviction is conclusive evidence of liability -- so the only question is damages.
