how do i go about suing someone that has borrowed money and signed a contract they they will pay me back but hasn't paid back and won't answer my calls i live in the state of florida and the amount was 3000.00

You will have a case in small claims court. Your county's clerk of court may have forms that you can fill out. The clerk will not be able to give you any advice, however. The other thing you can do is find an attorney who is willing to take your case.
