Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Clothing

I am in a pageant and I had about five items on hold adding up to 4,500$ I put down 1,200. I could not due the pageant anymore and asked for some of the items that added up to 1200. He would not and said that I had to purchase one of the items which is the dress for 1,400 more. Can I sue him for my money back? I have the reciept and on it it says I can make returns and exchanges...I have no items he will not give me back my money. Please help.

Re: Clothing

If you only have the right to return for an exchange, yu would need to purchase all of the items and then you could return them to exchange for something else that you could use. If he will let you out of the entire purchase agreement by only buying one, that sounds like a good deal.
