condo associations

I keep getting threatening letters from my condo association that I am not cleaning up after my dogs when I walk them. I AM CLEANING UP! The last letter I got from them last week said I may be fined $100.00 if this happens again.

Can they fine me without PROOF that I am doing this?

(I own my condo unit.)

I feel I am being harrassed, getting many silly letter since I moved in Aug.2006

Check your condo documents. They will need some proof to enforce a fine. Sounds like someone is telly them that you are not cleaning up. Go and speak with the association person so he or she knows the facts.
