Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Consent

I supposedly consented to a monthly fee for hosting a website. This was supposedly recorded over the phone where I agreed. I do not remember any such conversation nor did I give my consent as far as I know. I requested a copy of the conversation they said they couldn't do that because it was digital they could only offer me a transcript but if they have my recorded voice why can't I get a copy of it?

Thank You Very Much

Re: Consent

If it is digital, they should be able to save it and even e-mail it to you. Sounds like a scam. Tell them you want to see a written contract or verbal approval.
