Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Is this considered invasion of privacy

We closed on a mobile home loan in December that included bill payoff. All bills listed on the 1003 were supposed to be paid at closing. The bills haven't been paid yet.I phoned the seller who was supposed to pay these bills to advise her not to mess with one account. This account was not listed on the 1003.I got a letter from her stating that I told her this and her letter also stated that she phoned the creditor anyway just to see if I had paid the account.I have not paid this account because the seller still owes me alot of money and I feel as though I need to hold onto my funds in case I have to retain an attorney. Were her actions considered an invasion of privacy?

Re: Is this considered invasion of privacy

No. The creditor did not have to speak with her. All bills should have been paid before closing. Were you represented by a lawyer? Good luck.
