Constant noise from Albertsons Supermarket 24/7

There is a refrigerated semi truck connected to the local albertsons grocery store. It is so loud 24 hours a day that it keeps me awake at night and makes it hard to enjoy the cool weather during the day. The truck literally causes a vibration on my 2cd floor apartment. Is there anything that can be done?

You should speak with a general civil litigation attorney about a lawsuit called "nuisance." Also, see if Albertson's is violating any city or county noise ordinances. You may also get some relief when Albertson's switches over to Publix.
