Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Contempt of Court in Divorce Agreement

When my son turned 21, he turned 22 last week, my ex wife was to sell the house and split the money 50/50. To date she has not done so. She no longer has legal representation and lives in NY. I do not have legal representation (money is an issue). Can I write her a letter stating the she is in contempt according to the legal divorce documents and that she will go to jail if she does not sell the house or offer me a cash settlrment? Or do I have tio use an attorney? If so please recomend a reasonable lawyer to write the letter. Thank you.

You are not required to use a lawyer to send her a letter of threat or settlement.
