Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Continual Harrassement

I am the victim of a stalker. i put a restraining order on him in Maine and New Hampshire. He has since began suing everyone who had anything to do with the case. Lawyers, judges, cops, everyone has been named in the suit. it has now been 6 years ongoing. he is STILL trying to make a case, even though the Supreme court has said he's nuts. Can I--name removed--HIM for ongoing harrassement? For emontional abuse? Loss of jobs, family, etc? Can I ever get justice from a man who tried to kill me? I had to move to another state to physically get away, now this doesn't stop. Who or want can I DO?

Re: Continual Harrassement

You can sue him for violation of the restraining order. Sounds like you will not get anything from him, though. In fact, suing him will lead to exactly what he wants, attention from you. Suing him permits him, for instance, to take your deposition and answer questions. He would love that. You can sue him, but I would not encourage you to do so.

You mention Maine and New Hampshire. Get one from Florida if you are here now.
