Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
contract advice
My 2 children are enrolled in a Taekwondo school. The contract is for 6 yrs. We are in the beginning of the 4th yr. Last week my younger son was at summer camp there when the Grand Master grabbed my son, dragged him into his office, made him clasp his hands together and then made my son do push ups on his clasped hands because my son didn't understand what the Grand Master was saying. He constantly screamed at my son, who is on AD/HD meds, and doesn't understand some things said to him. Then he screamed at him in front of the entire group of children at the day camp for crying. We want out of the contract. We don't want to sue the school, but know this may be the only way things can get done in FL. What type of attorney do we need?

Re: contract advice
If the court can determine that the instructor's actions caused your inability to carryout the terms of the contract then there may be some legal recourse.
