Contract Resolution
I signed a service contact. The contract has a statement that read: in the event of any dispute arising the parties ...whatsoever, I agree that our sole dispute resolution mechanism shall be arbitration....in Palm Beach County, FL.
Does this mean I have waived my right to file a small claims suit in my local court?
