How else would a lawsuit be filed against you? Did you receive treatment as a corporation? Probably not. If the bill should have been covered by your insurance carrier, then give it to your insurance carrier and request that payment be made immediately. If it was suppose to be given to the carrier by the plaintiff, and it was not, then you have at least one defense to the lawsuit. The plaintiff may have failed to fulfill a condition precedent to bringing the lawsuit against you. Good luck.
