Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Can a court order take my only vehicle used for work to comply with a civil court judgement in 2006 to repay a rental car claim ?The car was damaged beyond repair and $3,000 has already been paid. However, I have no evidence regarding the condition of the car since it was driven back to the rental car company and no description of the damage was ever given to me.
