Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
Hi my name is Dale. On Feb. 9th 2010 I signed a contract with a firm in Arizona about on line business with a 750 advertising campaign. The following day 10th, FEb. I changed my mind I cancelled. SO I called the company, spoke with two associates, both did not me allow to cancel nor gave a confirmation. One was impolite hanged the phone. I had 72 hrs to cancel. So I called again, left voice messages and sent them emails and recorded everything on paper. They never got back to me until the 72 hr period expired. Then, an associate called me, and told her my intention of cancellation since nobody returned my calls. So she faxed me a form to sign that I was canceling my web hosting, including the campaign with the understanding that they will refund me. She said she couldn't refund me bec it was past the 72 hr period.
