Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
After decision of judge of guilt, some days after I made a pro se motion to dismiss the misdemeanor case. After a new court, if I get dismiss, can I start a civil litigation against police? What dismiss is good for me: dismiss with or without prejudice?

You do not state any basis for a civil action against the police. If a case is dismissed without prejudice, it means it can be refiled.
