deposition in 2 days for car accident

while stopped at a red light, I was hit from behind. sandwiched between car in front of me and the hitter. she was given ticket, I have herniated and bulging discs. she-uninsured. suing own insurance co. surgery will be necessary to repair my neck. Any info. re: depositions in general appreciated. yes, i have an attorney (!) have MRI's, lots of doctor bills. $4000 damage to my car.
