Discovery Question
In civil law I have seen a ''Request to Produce''. Is there a ''Requst for Disclosure'' and if so how is it different from a ''Request to Produce''?

There is no "Request for Disclosure."
If you are in a family law case, and the automatic Mandatory Disclosure is late, you should write a letter demanding the disclosure within ten days and, if it doesn't arrive, file a Motion to Compel Disclosure and set the motion for a hearing.
