Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

After Divorce trial,I discoverd on my company email account. Mail that proves pergury at trial.Between plantif /council and other J.A.s in the court. ? can I sue using that emails as evidence to prove pergury for monitary gain. I believe attorney/ client privledge is out the window,since I own the account. Yes my x is a JA and works in the same circuit.

You shold bring this information to your divirce attorney for advice to see if your judge was corrupted in the final award. It may be reportable to the Judicial Qualifications Committee for removal of the judge and setting aside your wife's award.
