Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

documents for small claims

When submitting documents for a small claims case. I'm told to bring notes, contracts, etc. I will submit the emails, the cost of the purchase and delivery conf when filing the claim. I'm not sure what other evidence to submit. I was thinking cell phone records and pictures too. Do I submit cell phone records and pictures too when I'm filing the claim? Do I wait until the court date to bring the rest of the evidence? Thank you in advance for helping with my confusion and taking time out.

Re: documents for small claims

Since you filing the claim, the only thing you need to attach to the statement of claim is the contract. The rest of it is evidence at trial.
