I drop my car the a shop 2 months ago and pay inadvance for the service they never return my car to me.

I would like to know what to do to get my money and my car back?

There must be more details here. Have you asked for your car back? Have they refused to give you your car back? Did they perform the repairs? Did you authorize additional repairs and now owe them more money? Do you own the car or was it repossessed from the shop or something? More details are needed to know your exact rights and remedies.
