Ebay will not refund my money when rules we broken!

ok i posted a item to sell on ebay and i posted rules that ebay provides to you to post..so people wont bid on your item unless they cant obey bye the rules well somoene bidd on my item and refused to obey bye the rules they gave me to put on my site and now ebay will not refund my money and its not cheap what i put on they charged me 90.00 for a auction that didnt even last 10 hours and the buyer refused to obey bye my payment options and regualtions..ebay refuses to refund my money when ebay provides the rules and regualtions for you to put on your site and this buyer violated more than 1 requlation i posted on my site includeing payment options and shipping! please i need help! with this!

Your remedy is with the buyer who has breached the contract. Read your agreement with eBay carefully to see if there is relief when the sale does not occur.
