Do electronically (or any) signed waiver forms hold up in court if someone is injured in an indoor skydiving activity?

There is no general rule that can be applied the facts of each case and the actual document need to be reviewed. That said independent negligence cannot generally be waived. Seek legal help.

Whether the waiver is signed electronically or not is not the issue. The issue is whether the waiver is valid, and there is no way for anyone to answer your question without reading the waiver. As the previous lawyer suggested, see a lawyer. I'd recommend an attorney in a small firm who practices personal injury or insurance defense work.
