Erasing a criminal record
I am a 60 year old female. I have a misdemeanor record for neglect of an animal. (Bogus, but still on the books) How can I get this blot on my good name removed? Other than this...I have never even had a parking ticket!!!

You could contact the court to see about expunging it.
