Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I have extremely nusiance neighbors, running a unlicensed motor vehicle repair shop, code enforcement violations, uncontrollable minor children, threatening bodily injury to myself and my animals, vadalism to my vehicle as well as others in the neighborhood, theft, indecent exposure. The grandmother the custodial gaurdian is extremely elderly and cannot get the situation under control. The sheriffs dept. has become sour due to number of complaints calls I make and yet not once have they allowed me to file any charges. As of Sunday the eighth I was arrested supposedly for criminal mischief on a homemade fence, and yet the police report is incorrect as to the date and time of the alleged mischief taking place, when I reported all fours tires on my vehicle being slashed Saturday 5-6PM it took over 11hours for the dept to show up and when they did they refused to show me a badge, I refused to open my door. Yes a made a multiple of phone calls to dispatch, and giving my opinion as to how worthless most of our dept really is, I explained it doesn't take 8 officers to handle a traffic accident with two dead people, they are dead they will not be giving a statement, nor walking away. In sensitive yes, with given the situation and dispatch repeatedly making excuses and waiting aslong as I did. I went to bed. What do I do. Who can Help, I have to talk to Co. Commisioners, code enforcement, Sheriffs Dept, my reprersentatives offfice.

You can hire a general practice attorney to file a nuisance suit against your neighbors. It may be easier and less expensive for you to just move somewhere else.
