failure to prosecute
Could you please tell me where I can find any case law in Florida, as to whether a request for a deposition constitutes an entry on the court record, when a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to prosecute has been filed? The only item filed was a request for a deposition after the Motion to Dismiss was filed.
