Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I think this falls into the Civil Litigation category...

I was awarded a Judgment for more than $20,000 in Sept. 2006. (Sarasota County)

I am wondering as to the statute of limitations for such judgment...

Several reasons for not pursuing this sooner...

Many more reasons for picking it up now!!

If I can proceed with this, I am then looking for an attorney to work on contingency...

Thank You!!!!

Judgment in good for 10 years and can be extended 10 years. The real issue is whether the defendant can be located and whether they have assets to collect from.
