Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I have family members that have been suspeoned to court for my custody battle they don't want to go,is there any way they can get out of it,They can't both get arrested they have children do you have any suggestion's.

If they were properly served, then they have to go. I suppose they could ask your ex to excuse them, but this probably won't work.

They can contact the attorney and ask to reschedule if the timing is inconvenient. Ignoring the subpoena could result in a negative inference in the case against you (potentially damaging your case) and they could be arrested as well.
