Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
My Father passed away almost two years ago I have little time. His girl friend had a an unsigned will with just his name pinted he had always signed everything in life. My parents devorsed when I was small so I was not notified. Said could not find. This lady went to court with my step brothers got a woamn judge I guesss feel sorry for her because she gave her evrything their grand mothers home $70,000 in bonds and other property. Can I represent myself and take he to court. My father when we finaly meat said he had saved all the child support and I would get it when he dies. He was not married to this woman.

It is unlikely that your dad's girlfriend went to a judge -- man or woman -- and on the strength of an unsigned will got everything. The girlfriend cannot inherit. Go look at the probate file to see what really happened. If they did, for instance, falsely say that she was his wife, then you can pursue the matter further. If it turns out that there was a will, that would be a different story. You dad's story about saving all the child support (instead of giving it to you) and that it would be there when he died sounds like a bunch of bull.
