My parents devorsed when I was small. I was not notified of his death. Said could not find me. This lady went to court with my step brothers got a woman judge I guesss she felt sorry for her because she gave her evrything their grand mothers home $70,000 in bonds and other property everything . My Main Question Can I represent myself and take her to court. My father when we finaly meat for the first time said my mother would not take child support from him he said said he had saved all the child support and I would get it when he dies. He was not married to this woman. If I can represent myself in this, what would be a good book or books to read that would help, Thank you for your time
