Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
If I have a fence on my property and my neighbor split the cost. I have sold my house and have noted in the contract that the fence is sheried by both, can the neighbor stop the sale of the house. NO MONEY IS OWED

He cannot stop the sale of the house. At best he owns part of the fence but not the land underneath it.
