How can I become my fiancee' legal representive during a legal proceeding in florida, she is unable to speak where there are groups and has failed at speaking in front of the judge previously

You cannot speak on behalf of another person in a court proceeding unless you are an attorney. Therefore, she needs to have a lawyer represent her if she cannot represent herself. However, she can also sign a power of attorney giving you the legal authorization to make decisions on her behalf, so the attorney can speak with you rather than with her.
