Can i file a civil suit for past mental abuse against my spouse, her daughter and daughters boyfriend while going through divorce procedures in florida and what might be the approximate costs of such a suit?

Possibly a case of intentional mental distress. Expensive unless done on a contingency.

You can't file a suit for pain and suffering associated with going through a court proceeding.
