Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I want to file a lawsuit to regain $8,000 that is owed to me. But this is bigger than a small claim. So how can I get the proper forms to file, because the Orange County clerk of the court only has small claims forms.

Orange County Clerk of Court also has County Civil forms on-line, I believe. But, in any event, you can go to the courthouse and get the forms you need to sue in XS of small claims. It is recommended that you have a lawyer do this for you.

You should still be able to get the forms online from your local county clerk of court. For Orange county, click on clerk services, then forms & filing, then select a civil form. You may need an attorney to assist you with this. Call me if you need help. Regards,
