Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I wan't to file a small claims law suit in lee county fl there are 5 credit cards involved I'm only suing on this acct these where company credit cards that my x partner made charges on and did not pay.If I sue on this one acct can I sue again seperately for the other cards after this case is done

Yes. Double jeopardy does not apply in civil cases.
