Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I want to file a small claims law suit in lee county fl.

They have a 5k cap on the suit. There is more than one occurrence with this situation. I�m only suing for the max on this one could I sue again on a deferent credit card?

Or once I sue on this I can't sue again?
