Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I need to file a suit against a person who owes me over $8,000. Can I file this suit myself. And if so where do I get the forms?

Look for the forms on the Clerk of Court's website for the county in which you wish to sue, or the forms are available at the courthouse.
No problem -- the firms are at the court house. Frequently they are online at the web site for the clerk of the court.
In addtion, there are many companies that sell forms over the internet. Want to know the law? Sign up for our free newsletter on varies areas of the law by sending an email to [email protected] and requesting the newsletter, or go to www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com.
