Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I filed a complaint of ejectment to get my daughter out of the house. Her 20 days has expired and she has not responded. My next step is to call for a hearing date My question is, when does that complaint expire? I would like to give her more time to find a place, but do not want the complaint to expire where I would have to start all over again.

If you don't enforce the eviction notice, you will have to re-file it.
