Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I filed a complaint. There is a witness to an incident who is also a notary public. This notary (witness) submitted notarized statements from others with her seal regarding the incident taking her side. Does this create a conflict of interest because this witness (notary) notarized these documents?

You are correct, a notary should not notarize an affidavit regarding a case that involves her.
