filing fees forsmall claims court

Is there any other option if I dont have the money for filing the claim. This pertains to a car accident, damage to my car, and the one at fault had no insurance

Try your local legal services provider and/or call the local bar association. Sometimes they have programs to assist people. However, the reality is that if the person who damaged your car didn't have insurance, they most likely will not have any other money or assets to pay any judgment you may get even if you did file a claim. You may just be stuck with having to pay for your damaged car yourself.
