filming in school part 2

ok so i asked before about a student filming her classes, teachers, classmates and etc. without anyone's consent and was told she could have put herself at risk for some type of reprimandation. Now i ask:

what if she's already posted these videos on a website? The school has suspended her but can someone who was videotaped take action against her?

So the problem is twofold; you need to get the website to take down the material and you want to go after her. You should be able to accomplish the first and depending on the damages decide what to do.
