Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

on final divorce settlement I owe x 27k, I have no cash now and now way to get a loan, since I am already in high debt with, mortgage, cc, and car loan. He wants to garnish my wages, what can I do about this. Have a court hearing soon to adapt Judge orders on final jugdgement.

In many cases, wages cannot be garnished, even if the garnishment is in an attempt to collect under a divorce judgment. You should speak with a civil litigation attorney, a collections attorney or a bankruptcy attorney.
