Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Final Judgement: Attorney wants copy of deed or proof of anything you on or buying, including personal information, like bank account and deed to home. Am I obligated to send all this information? If I just complete the fact sheet and us anable to provide these items, what will happen?

You are a defendant in a case where a final judgment has been entered. You are required to provide information on your assets and earnings. Failure to do so could lead to a contempt citation and appropriate sanctions from the Judge. If you dont have something but know it exists you can provide information on where it can be obtained.
