Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I have a final judgment against a car dealer, in the judgment only the corp was named. The defence is now saying since the owner wasn't named, that he is not responsible to pay the judgment. Is there something that I can file to change the name on the final judgment. Or is ther another way to collect my money?

The defendant who was served and against whom the judgment is entered is the only one you can collect against. You cannot just change the name on the judgment. You can sue another party if you need to to make sure the correct entity is named.

Notice the person with the most knowledge of the corporations bank accounts, profit and loss statements, etc. of the corporation to find out where the money is and then execute against it.
