Florida- car title transfer
I sold a car in March 2009, and apparently the title still has not been transferred into the new owners' name. Is there anything I can do to force the new owners to do so? We now live out of state, and after leaving messages for the new owners, have not heard from them.

On the back of the title there is a section that you, the owner selling the vehicle, would send back to the state of Florida when it is sold, so that the state is on notice that there is a new owner. Then the new owner has a certain amount of time to file their registration. If you did not follow these steps, I would contact the state.
