The facts that support the allegations in the complaint must correspond to a cause of action under Fla.Stat. 812.012-812.037 (THEFT, ROBBERY, AND RELATED CRIMES) or Fla.Stat. 825.103 (ABUSE, NEGLECT, AND EXPLOITATION OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND DISABLED ADULTS).
