Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
In Florida's Federal Court if someone wants to do depositions do they need to provide several dates to chose from to the party being deposed or can they just pick a date and say be there?

A mutually agreeable date is preferred.

Failure to cooperate in setting a date will get you little if any judicial support.
